OUR COMMITTMENT TO YOUR SAFETY
For a Safe and Enjoyable Experience, we are Following AHS Covid-19 Guidelines
The safety, health and well being of our guests is our highest priority. We continue to work with Alberta Health Services to uphold current safety requirements. Here are the initiatives we have in place and what you can expect from us:
General:
- We will be following the Province of Alberta’s and the Town of Banff’s COVID protocols.
- For the most recent Provine of Alberta’s COVID guidelines, visit alberta.ca/covid19
- For the most recent Town of Banff COVID guidelines, visit banff.ca/covid
Proof of Vaccination:
- As part of Alberta’s Restrictions Exemption Program, we will require proof of vaccination or letters of examption for all eligible participants.
- Proof of a negative COVID test will not be accepted.
Masking:
- Masks are mandatory in inside locations as set out by the Government of Alberta’s rules and regulations.
- Masks regulations will be followed by The Search for Santa, but we recognize that families are looking for an unmasked Santa photo. As such, The Search for Santa has worked diligently with AHS to create opportunities to create magical memories.
- For more information, contact us at hohoho@thesearchforsanta.ca
Physical Distancing Measures:
- We will abide by the 2m physical distancing measures at all times.
- We have devised plans that allow for photos of your family with Santa to look and feel as magical as possible
Limited Capacity:
- Booking times have been planned to allow for sanitization of all touch surfaces between visits.
- Limited capacity and staggered start times allow for physical distancing on the Santa Scavenger Hunt.
Guest Responsibility, Help Prevent the Spread:
- Masks are mandatory.
- Ensure that names on individual tickets have the correct information.
- It is recommended to download the COVID Alert app. By using this app, health officials are better equipped to quickly identify and tackle the spread of COVID-19.
- Wash your hands, use hand sanitizing stations often and avoid touching your face.
- Do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, including cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose and sore throat. Quarantine is required if you have travelled internationally or come in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
- There is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease and immune deficiencies are especially vulnerable and should consider postponing their visit.
General Information:
- As per safety guidelines, each group will consist of members of one household only (not to exceed 6 members).
- The total number of people in any given area will not exceed AHS safety guidelines.
- Tickets are non-refundable. As a courtesy and completely at our discretion.
- Please do not arrive prior to your booked session as you will not be able to queue.
During these uncertain times we thank you for your support and understanding.
